  • Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

Information we collect from public sources (“Arena-Collected Data”) to train our artificial intelligence algorithms and provide our Services (for which we are the “data controller”). This information is available to us because users have chosen to make it public. Generally, each platform from which we collect information has privacy settings that users can adjust to make their information non-public. We do not collect non-public information.

Data that our customers provide to us to train our artificial intelligence algorithms and provide our Services (“Customer-Provided Data”) (for which we are a “data processor”).

Usage information we collect about authorized users (“Usage Data”) (for which we are a “data processor”) such as access logs, support tickets, and other information we collect related to users’ interactions with our Services.

Job application information, such as when you express interest in, or apply for a job role with us through our website or otherwise. We may collect your name, contact information, job role applied for, CV / résumé / cover letter information (including education and job history), job expectations, assessment results, interview notes and any other job application related information you provide to us.  We use this information to facilitate our recruitment activities and process employment applications, such as by evaluating a job candidate for an employment activity, to monitor recruitment statistics and to respond to surveys.
